MALT2 - 'Machine Lab Turtlesphere' was conceived at Educational Technology Lab (NKUOA) by Prof.C Kynigos and originally designed as a 2D e-slate microworld.
It has since been re-designed and developed in 3Impact by G. Birbilis, Unity 3D by Th. Mantes.
Its current version has been designed and developed by Prof. C.Kynigos and M. Grizioti and funded by the FP 7 M C 2 project -ICT-2013.8.1, Technologies and scientific foundations in the field of creativity, Project No610467.
The currnet version uses the open-source js libraries three.js v.50, jueryUI.js v.1.10 and codemirror.js v.4.0.
The commands of the developed Logo programming Language are based on the Berkeley Logo
The developed logo interpreter was based on the files 'papert.js' and 'logo.js' from the opensource project 'papert' that is released with an open source MITLicence
